Darling Post currently uses courier and postal services within South Africa.

Dispatch Schedule

Monthly local mail are generally dispatched on or around the 30th day of each month.

Monthly international mail are generally dispatched on or around the 25th day of each month.

Local customers will receive tracking information once their mail has been received by our courier partner when using the courier locker delivery option.  No tracking is provided if a customer chooses to have their mail sent by the South-African Post Office.

Delivery Time frames

Estimated delivery times are:

• Courier guy locker to locker 1-2 days

• SAPO Ordinary Mail 3-5 days

• SAPO Fast Mail 1-2 days

•  SAPO Airmail (International) Mail 14-40 days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.  Local customers are motivated to make use of the the locker to locker courier option, due to the South African Post Office (SAPO) being considered unpredictable as a result of ongoing business rescue and branch closures having impacted operations.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate at the time of purchase.

Darling Post cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Should a parcel be lost or arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so that we may investigate and provide assistance.
